A site specific docufictional performance about borders, about neighbours and about surveillance. The city is the stage on that five performers interact with the reality outside the windows of the national theatre. Behind the windows the audience  is seated in observation cabins. 2 People in one room observing the outside, while an off voice narates and commenst the events that take place in front of their eyes. The reality is twisted and manipulated. The performers appear and blend in with the surroundings and the people on the street. Videocameras capture details and highlight specific actions. There is no outside anymore, everything becomes part of a disturbing cinematic performance that is transmitted via video from a drone that is flying above the city. The unblinking eye captures a world that apperas through an aerial veiw. Look up!
